Leadership Infusion Pro

"We had tried two other consultancies before finding Infusion Pro. Within the first engagement, our senior leadership alignment improved so dramatically that board meetings shifted from conflict resolution to genuine strategic planning."

— Renata Holbrook, Chief Operating Officer, Meridian Health Group

Leadership Consulting priced for outcomes, not mystery

Most leadership consultancies hide behind opaque tiers and vague deliverables. We take a different approach: transparent pricing logic explained clearly, so you understand exactly what drives the investment before any proposal is written.

How our pricing works

We deliberately avoid fixed packages because every leadership challenge is structurally different. Instead, our fees are built from five transparent cost drivers. When we write a proposal, you will see each driver itemised so nothing is hidden.

Cost driverWhat it coversTypical range
Diagnostic depthStakeholder interviews, 360-degree assessments, culture audits, and data synthesis that map the real leadership landscape before any intervention begins.$4,800 – $14,500
Advisory hoursDirect consulting time with our senior advisors — strategy sessions, facilitated workshops, and one-on-one executive coaching hours.$380 – $520 / hr
Deliverable complexityWritten frameworks, succession roadmaps, competency models, and governance redesign documents tailored to your organisation.Scaled per scope
Team breadthNumber of leaders engaged simultaneously. Broader cohort work requires additional facilitators and assessment infrastructure.Per-cohort adjustment
Duration commitmentLonger engagements receive a reduced effective rate because sustained advisory relationships produce compounding value.Discount at 6+ months

Every proposal includes a clear breakdown against these five drivers. There are no hidden surcharges, no surprise "platform fees," and no lock-in beyond the agreed engagement window.

14

years of continuous advisory practice across Australia and New Zealand

Our founding principal, Dr. Marcus Etheridge, began this practice after two decades inside large organisations — first as a general manager in mining, then as a divisional CEO in healthcare. That operational background means our advice is never purely theoretical. We have sat in the chair, managed the politics, and navigated the ambiguity that comes with leading complex organisations. Every advisor on our team carries a minimum of eight years of in-house leadership experience before joining the consultancy.

Who we work best with

Organisations with 50 to 5,000 employees navigating growth, succession, or cultural transformation.

Boards seeking independent governance reviews or executive effectiveness assessments.

Newly appointed CEOs or managing directors who want an experienced sounding board during their first twelve months.

Government agencies and not-for-profits requiring leadership capability uplift tied to measurable community outcomes.

The philosophy behind our method

Leadership is not a set of competencies to be trained into people. It is a practice — a daily negotiation between intention, context, and the humans around you. Our consulting philosophy starts from this premise: we do not deliver generic leadership models and expect your organisation to conform. Instead, we observe, diagnose, and co-design interventions that respect the specific culture, history, and strategic trajectory of your organisation.

This means our engagements look different from one client to the next. For a regional health network, the work might centre on clinical leadership pathways and distributed decision-making. For a fast-growing technology firm, it might focus on founder-to-CEO transitions and scaling management capability without losing the agility that made the company successful in the first place.

We are deeply sceptical of consultancies that promise transformation through a proprietary framework applied identically across industries. Leadership development must be context-sensitive, relationship-aware, and honest about the political realities of organisational life. That honesty is what our clients value most — and it is what keeps them returning year after year.

Questions we hear often

Yes. While our office is in Walkertown, we regularly serve clients across Australia and New Zealand. Much of our diagnostic and coaching work can be delivered via secure video, and we travel for in-person workshops and facilitation as needed.
Most engagements run between three and nine months. A focused executive coaching engagement may be shorter; a comprehensive cultural transformation programme may extend to twelve months or beyond. We scope each engagement individually and never pad timelines.
Absolutely. We offer standalone facilitation for board strategy days, leadership offsites, and team alignment sessions. These are priced on a per-day basis and include pre-session preparation and a written summary of outcomes and recommended next steps.
Two things: operational experience and continuity. Our advisors have all held senior leadership roles inside organisations — they are not career consultants. And the person who scopes your engagement is the same person who delivers it. You will never be sold by a partner and then handed off to a junior analyst.
